What people don't realize is that the deadline is really for state aid (grants, scholarships).  However, the federal portion (Pell Grants) isn't due until July. We took a little ride to Cincinnati this last week to visit the U of Cincinnati.  They have one of the better graduate programs in urban planning in the country.  I really liked the school and its hands on approach.  Plus, their graduates get jobs right out of school -- some before graduation.
